For the purpose of this market, “accurately predict” means a system (biological, computational, or hybrid) can forecast a specific individual’s physical or verbal behavior at least 2 minutes in advance with high precision (e.g., >90% accuracy in controlled settings).
This excludes vague or probabilistic predictions and refers to real-time, specific action forecasting (e.g., “they will stand up and walk to the kitchen in 85 seconds”).
This prediction must be demonstrated under controlled conditions (e.g., in peer-reviewed research or major public demonstrations) and must not rely on the individual consciously reporting their own intent.
Resolution will be based on the best available public information and expert consensus by the end of 2045.
