Quiver.trade's roadmap is to become a fully decentralized, non-custodial crypto exchange. This market settles to the date of releasing non-custodial trading, meaning trades where the user balances and positions are stored on smart contracts, where trades can only be settled by the exchange operations with user signatures. Examples include StarkEx (used in dYdX v3) and many others.

For the resolution of this market, an initial release with "training wheels" / security committee override on the smart contracts still counts as the "first release" of the non-custodial trading feature.
