Background to this: the current UK government has been denouncing the ECHR for some time, and a few members of the Conservative Party are suggesting that they’d fight the next election with “leave the ECHR” as a manifesto policy.
I think it’d be unbelievably stupid to do so, but I thought that about Brexit, so maybe I shouldn’t rule it out?
