Currently the future major remodel projects are:

Restructuring the entryway/downstairs bathroom/painting
Landscaping/tree planting/concrete paths

Finishing the basement

A project will be considered major if its estimated costs are greater than $20,000 USD in 2024 dollars. A project need not be complete, or even scheduled, to be considered.

There may be a project already in mind that I have forgotten to list, if so I'll add it to the list above and not count it toward the question.
