The initial title said "which of these lands will be present". I'm changing it to Franchises. The rule is that the franchise must have one attraction or restaurant. So if there's a James Bond stunt show or something like that, as rumored, and no other James Bond stuff, that still counts. But just a James Bond gift shop or items in a gift shop wouldn't count.
