This market resolves YES if any other major technology companies move out of California from the moment of this market's creation until the end of 2024. Otherwise, it resolves NO at the end of the year.

A major technology company is defined for the purposes of this market as a company whose main line of business is in high technology fields and which is either publicly traded or has a reported valuation of at least $1 billion with at least $50 million in liquidity.

For the purposes of this market, a formal announcement (such as a press release) that the company will be leaving is sufficient for a positive resolution.
