Bank (B-A-N-K) is a financial service on Manifold that accepts user deposits, pays interest, and issues loans — essentially operating like a traditional bank.

This market will resolve YES if, at any time before January 1, 2030, Bank becomes insolvent, defined as being unable to fulfill user withdrawal requests for more than 24 consecutive hours from the time of the request, excluding:

• Planned lock-up periods (e.g. time-locked deposits or fixed-duration accounts),

• Delays explicitly due to the personal unavailability of 100 Anonymous (e.g. being out of town),

• Scheduled maintenance or pauses announced in advance.

To count as insolvency, the delay must affect ordinary, non-time-locked funds and be caused by lack of available liquidity or mismanagement of assets. Resolution will be based on public user reports, admin announcements, and confirmation from trusted community sources.
