Holding a gun equals possession of a gun? (edit: you answered this in another comment)

Does it need to shoot physical bullets to be a gun? Or is a laser gun still a gun?

Additionally, if a scene with the gun exists in only some versions of the movie (like if it's edited out for certain countries), would this resolve PROB(50)?

Which of the following would resolve positively?

• Disarms an enemy, uses the gun briefly, then discards it

• Disarms an enemy, briefly holding a gun before discarding it without firing it

• Attempts to disarm an enemy, wresting with them for possession of a gun

With the toy released, it seems less likely that he’d have it all throughout the film as a defining character accessory.
