@MingCat Where are you seeing that they were charged with domestic terrorism?
https://www.justice.gov/usao-co/pr/fort-collins-resident-charged-connection-incident-tesla-service-center-loveland says they were indicted on "one count of Malicious Destruction and Attempted Destruction of Property by Fire, and one count of Possession of an Unregistered Destructive Device".
Looking at Wikipedia briefly, domestic terrorism is not its own federal crime in the U.S.A. - which makes me wonder how this market could ever resolve YES!
I think the resolution is essentially fine (I have lost a total of 1M) but that the question was ill-posed.
@Twig Hmm, yeah, I think you are correct. She calls it domestic terrorism as she announces the charges, so I think that's in the spirit of the market even though it should have been more explicit.
