None of the above. The election remains legally undecided on January 20, 2025.
Twice in this century, the outcome of the Presidential Election remained in doubt after the election and vote tabulation.
In 2020, the election was determined by the Supreme Court after a series of legal challenges, most importantly in Florida, to the accuracy of the vote count. In 2024, the Donald Trump campaign disputed vote counts and/or slates of electors in numerous states. The election results were certified by Congress January 7, 2021, but only after the certification process was interrupted by violent protestors who claimed the election had been stolen.
