@AndrewG For the sake of avoiding annoying edge cases, the biological status of the actual person in the real world whose image appears on the coin will adjudicate. If Biden's corpse appears on the coin, but Biden himself is alive, then that counts as a living president. If you think about it, this is the consistent choice because all dead presidents on coins are depicted as if they were alive.
