The first option will resolve yes if Hoshoryu has won more than 55% of the bouts between himself and Onosato, that occur during and after the Nagoya 2025 basho.
The second option will resolve yes if Onosato has won more than 55% of the bouts between himself and Hoshoryu, occuring during and after the Nagoya 2025 basho.
The third option will resolve yes if neither has won more than 55% of the bouts between them, that occur during and after the Nagoya 2025 basho.

It says it will resolve after they retire.
However, it also says they will resolve based on the results of the Nagoya 2025 basho.
In this market type, only one thing can resolve Yes. So does it resolve after Nagoya 2025, or after they retire? This seems to be a fundamental issue with the market.
@Eliza It resolves after one of them retires, but I am only counting bouts from the Nagoya 2025 basho onwards. I will try to rephrase it to make it more clear.

Next time you make a new market, if you don't need the 'Other' response, change the mode to "No one" can add new answers. Then there is no Other.
