I can acquire this bounty if and only if PA proves that I can acquire this bounty. 

 I'm afraid you're going to have to ask the laws of classical logic for permission to do that, since I can't determine what is or isn't sound. I'm not optimistic on your prospects, though. My friend Löb tried it once, and I'm pretty sure he got rejected.
