Resolves YES if I die in a way that could have been averted if I was cryopreserved, but was not averted BECAUSE I wasn't signed up to cryonics yet. Resolves NO if I sign up to cryonics, or if I die in a way that makes cryopreservation immediately impossible.

@jacksonpolack Cryopreservation tech could get better over time, it's unclear to me how good it is currently at preserving the relevant information
@jacksonpolack In the usual way that happens it's not a counterfactual True Death; going from cryothanasia now to freezing after having a heart attack in 30 years is biodeath -> biodeath and resolves NO.
