Resolves YES if 2 reliable sources state that over 1 kilogram of material has been successfully recovered on Earth that was originally on Mars. Keep in mind that most current proposals are for much less than this amount. It doesn't have to be all in one mission, this is the cumulative total. Material transferred without human involvment doesn't count.
