Resolves Yes if OpenAI increases the cost of its pro tier plan from $200 per month to something significantly greater (ie larger than a 5% increase) in 2025
Update 2025-07-01 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): - If new features are added to the plan and then the price increases — resolves Yes
If more tiers are added (i.e., not just the 2 tiers of pro/plus) AND there is no tier called “pro” — resolves N/A
It’s not so much about o1 (as o1 is already available in limited amounts to plus tier & o3 + o3 mini could likely come out this year) but rather whether the tier is called “pro” or whether it’s the second consumer level tier (and there are only 2 consumer tiers)
If new features are added to the plan and then the price is increased does this resolve yes? What if o1 pro is added to another, lower or same cost plan?
@LukeShadwell great questions
