Would particle acceleration count as room temperature and ambient pressure?

Some questions I had when making a market:

How pure gold?

What isotopes of lead and gold?

What conversion efficiency?

What other inputs?

@MartinRandall well the obvious application is lead abatement, so for this to be useful you need all the lead to be gone and turned into E175. That said, I guess it might take a while from the initial discovery until the process is usable in practice. Will think about this....
