Seems like there has been at least one instance of manifold team changing resolution criteria without the market creator's consent (when making a real-money version of the market, but changing the criteria of the mana market at the same time). The creator wasn't inactive.

@Yuna and all other bots trading on sport markets need to be blocked and removed from this site. It is disrespectful to the users of this site to allow them to operate. They need to be charged exorbitantly high trader fees that go to the market creator. Don't give me no "adding liquidity" bullshit either. They are stealing from users and the site. With the low volume of current users you should be ashamed of yourselves allowing this to fester. It is a slap in the face.

I am of a mind that manifold is about promoting the most accurate odds, and bots are just better at this in sports markets. But also, the sports markets aren't really for aggregating information, you can go to a betting site for that, they are mostly just fun for the users to bet on.

Possible clarification from creator (AI generated): 'We' refers to the Manifold community, not just staff. The market will be resolved based on the results of a poll created by the market creator

Suggestion for devs:

• Make polls free or like 1 mana to create, since they have no revenue generation ability for creators

• Make polls not trigger the weekly market creation bonus, so people don't just use that to harvest free mana
